No healing session is the same. While sessions consist of clearing energy, they also shine a light on the source of the pain. Everyone talks about the beauty of healing, but they don’t talk about the painful part—and this is not to scare you away. Shamanic healings reveal the truth and then bring a spotlight to the things you have stored and hidden away from yourself, bringing them to the surface to finally be accepted and released. We transform through pain, and it is through pain that we grow.
While individual sessions offer a deep internal look, gathering in a group is just as important for our evolution. It allows us to step into a sacred space entirely free from the judgment of ourselves and others. As a collective, we move together toward our healing, connecting our energy to support and carry one another along the way.
In our group work, we engage in ancient and intentional practices. Together, we step into the rhythm of drumming and rattling circles, look inward through shamanic journeys, and anchor our intentions using manifestation techniques. We share our experiences with one another, grounding our time together in ceremonial and ritual work, meditation circles, energetic clearing techniques, and dedicated altar work.
Because every gathering we form carries its own unique vibration, the locations for our circles vary depending on the size and needs of the group.
Spaces hold energy just as deeply as we do. Whether you have recently moved into a new home, apartment, or office and want to clear the previous energy, or you simply feel that something has become heavy and out of place in your current surroundings, I offer dedicated space clearing services.
To shift and release stagnant energy, we work with traditional smudging, offerings, rattling, and drumming techniques to restore balance and harmony to the environment. In addition to clearing the space, I assist in creating and placing shamanic power objects to anchor protection and hold a secure energy for your surroundings.
My Power Animals
Power animals: what are they and do they truly exist? The short answer is yes! They reside in the subconscious, and everyone has at least one power animal. Too far from logical thoughts, step out of your mind—this is Shamanism.
Try this: close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and say, "I call my power animal(s) to come and be with me now."
